The Quality Department coordinates the operation of the quality management system in the Diagnostic Center of the “BIOR” Institute. Updates the latest information and provides advice on quality management. Maintains and updates the database of the Institute’s structural units in the field of quality management (procedural instructions, forms, information on accreditation, testing areas). Organizes compliance with the Institute’s document storage and archiving rules and document archiving.
Specialists of the department plan and carry out audits of the Institute in laboratories, as well as conduct trainings for internal auditors. Employees of the department inform about the latest regulatory documents. At the request of the laboratory, it is provided with regulatory documents (standards, testing methods). Updates and archives regulatory documents.
Organizes SST, draws up an annual plan, coordinates and records execution. Reports on SST results are prepared.
The head of the department is responsible for registering and examining complaints and proposals, as well as for monitoring the execution of corrective and preventive actions determined as a result of examining complaints, and evaluating their effectiveness.
